Welcome to Loughborough Beer Festival at the Polish Club Loughborough, for our 42nd Festival. We are proud to be one of the  longest running beer festivals in the Country. Few of the Breweries or beers available at the first festival are still around. Most of them would never have made it to a present day beer festival but in those days you were often just grateful to see real ale. Today we are spoilt for choice when it comes to ordering beer, there are so many breweries and more starting all the time.

There will be around 60 different real ales available at this festival, including many from within a 30 mile radius of Loughborough. Stouts and Porters are becoming increasingly popular so we have got a number of different ones for you to try.

There will also be a range of Cider and Perrys. Free soft drinks will be available for drivers.

Thursday remains a quiet night with free entry, devoted to just enjoying drinking and conversation. Live music will feature on Friday and Saturday nights.

This year, we will be providing glasses from our stock of commemorative half pint tankards from previous festivals which will be available to buy or hire. You wouldn’t expect to drink out of the same glass all evening in a pub, so why should a beer festival be any different. As in previous years we will be offering to exchange your dirty glass for a clean one, so that you can enjoy your beers in the best condition. Just bring your glass back to the entrance to exchange (commemorative stocks permitting).

CAMRA and University Real Ale Society member free entry to all sessions.

As usual we will be raising money for Rainbows Childrens Hospice in Loughborough so please give generously. There will be a big red donations bucket at the entrance and a tombola Saturday afternoon.

Drinking beer makes you hungry so don’t forget to sample some of our excellent food sourced from local producers and Organic butchers.

email loughboroughcamra@gmail.com for further details.

The Friday Night Band will be Steve Johnson's Roadrunner, who will play 40 years of classic hits.

The Saturday Night Band will be The Diamondbacks, who are an East Midlands based country band that are re-writing people's opinion of what "Country" is ! Formed in early 2017 The Diamondbacks bring together 6 established musicians from varying fields with one thing in common, a love for old skool Country --- modern Nashville this aint! High octane, stomping tunes – we call it “Country With Attitude”.
